Frequently asked

Do I have to pay per seat?
No. Every plan is a flat monthly rate for a band of seats. If you're at 12 users in the CRM Small band, you pay the same $300 as an org with 15 users.
What happens when I outgrow a band?
We move you up automatically on your next billing cycle. You'll get an email a few days before with the new rate — no surprise charges.
Can I use a module without the CRM?
No. The modules read facility, contact, lead, and equipment data from the CRM to work well. You'll need at least CRM Small on any paid module.
Is the annual discount really 15% off?
Yes — prepay annually and take 15% off both your CRM plan and any module add-ons for the life of your subscription as long as you stay on annual billing.
What counts as an "Engineering Reports seat"?
Any user in your org who opens the Engineering Reports module during a billing month. Users who only use the CRM don't count against your Engineering Reports band.
Can I bring my own AI model?
Not today. BearingCore uses Anthropic's Claude across every module — that's how we guarantee output quality. Bring-your-own-model is on the roadmap for Enterprise.
Can I try a module before I commit?
Yes — every module has a 14-day trial. Just click 'Talk to sales' on the module you want to try.
What's your refund policy?
If BearingCore isn't working for you within the first 30 days, email contact@bearingcore.io and we'll refund your last month. No forms, no arguments.
What if I have more than 30 users?
We work with you directly on Enterprise pricing. Every Enterprise engagement includes onboarding, security review, and a dedicated account manager.
